This game was part of perhaps the only completely legal multi-game cart on the NES. Why was it legal? Because all the games were developed by one company, presumably during one all-night meth binge. As the multi-cart's title screen shows, Cheetahmen was intended to be the "flagship title" in the multi-cart, and launch a glorious dynasty of commercial exploitation, like the Ninja Turtles or the Olsen Twins. The only flaw in this brilliant plan was that THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST GAMES OF ALL TIME.

By the way, if anyone could send us scans from the Action 52 manual at submit AT zanyvgquotes.com, that would be greatly appreciated.

The utterly incomprehensible intro... why did they pull the "Action Gamemaster" into the game, exactly? Also, you know something's very, very wrong when they misspell the game's own name.
