I've never played it, but I'll assume that it has something to do with 1000 miles in some fashion. The whole thing seems a little too European for me; American races, much like American sex, are fast, short, with spectacular, bloody crashes and often viewed by stands full of inbred spectators. My question is, since this seems so European, why aren't they using kilometers instead?

From S. Van Der Vegte, he would walk 500 miles to be the man who falls down at your door. But he'd just tell you to fuck right off if he had to walk 1000.

Also from Bennettman

You know, I don't think I've ever seen an ending so inept that fills you with such a sense of bounding happiness as this one. Just stare at it and feel all your tensions wash away...

Congraturations, indeed
